Outdoor Kitchens & New-Construction Backyards in Prosper

Prosper's master-planned corridors — Gates of Prosper and the developments feeding off the Dallas North Tollway extension — have turned old prairie into some of the most valuable new-construction ground in Collin County. Large lots and new builds dominate, and outdoor projects there tend to be full-yard designs rather than single add-ons.

Working in Prosper

Call it 14 miles door to door from Anna — near enough that a Prosper project never waits on a crew coming from across the metro. Around Gates of Prosper, the projects we see most often fall under outdoor kitchens & new-construction backyards.

Materials get chosen in person, not from a laminated card. Stone varies pallet to pallet and brick varies run to run, so outdoor living and masonry selections happen against real samples — you approve what will actually be installed, not a photograph of something like it.

Old-fashioned isn't the goal — durable is. Where a newer material genuinely outperforms, we use it; where the traditional detail is still the best answer, we keep it. Every outdoor living and masonry spec is chosen on performance, not fashion.

Warranty paperwork means less than the habit behind it: build like the callback costs you triple, because it does. That habit is enforced on every outdoor living and masonry job by the simplest mechanism there is — the same crew answers for the work later.
