Masonry & Outdoor Living in New Hope

New Hope is a few hundred people on McKinney's northeastern shoulder — a town that has watched its giant neighbor grow to its fence line while staying rural itself. Its properties skew older and larger than the subdivisions nearby.

Working in New Hope

We didn't stretch to add New Hope; at 7 miles inside Collin County, it was already in the neighborhood our crews drive daily. Around small town adjoining McKinney, the projects we see most often fall under masonry & outdoor living.

One crew carries our outdoor living and masonry jobs from layout to cleanup. No handoff between a sales office, a subcontractor, and whoever answers the phone — the people who quoted the work are answerable for the finished product, which is exactly how accountability should run.

Curing, sealing, and finishing schedules are where patience pays. Rushing the last five percent of a outdoor living and masonry project undoes the first ninety-five, so the timeline protects the steps that only work when they're given their time.

Every trade leaves tells: mortar joints tell you who struck them, slab edges tell you who screeded, gate swings tell you who hung them. Our outdoor living and masonry work is built by people who know their tells are showing — and build accordingly.
