Covered Patios & Pergolas in Lucas

Lucas zones for acreage — it's one of the Collin County towns where estate lots under mature oaks are the rule, not the exception, on rolling terrain the developers never flattened. Projects there scale to the land: longer runs of wall, bigger patios, real setbacks.

Working in Lucas

Lucas lands about 18 miles from where our crews start their mornings, deep inside the Collin County territory we treat as local. Around large-acreage estate lots, the projects we see most often fall under covered patios & pergolas.

We communicate in specifics — what happens this week, what happens next, what's waiting on weather or inspection. A outdoor living and masonry project has real dependencies, and telling you about them plainly beats the contractor-vanishing-act everyone in Texas has a story about.

A finished backyard changes how a house gets used — meals move outside, weekends stay home, the space you already own starts earning its keep. Good outdoor living and masonry work is livability first, and the resale story tends to follow on its own.

Brick in North Texas spans a century of manufacturers, many long gone. Part of doing outdoor living and masonry work here is knowing where reclaimed and near-match material can still be found — and being honest when a perfect match no longer exists.
