Pool Renovation & Outdoor Living in Little Elm

Little Elm wrapped itself around a Lake Lewisville peninsula and boomed — its beach is one of the few true public swim beaches in the metro, and its housing is overwhelmingly new. Backyards there get designed with the lake five minutes away.

Working in Little Elm

Denton County is core territory for us, and at around 22 miles, Little Elm is one of the drives our crews know cold. Around Lake Lewisville, the projects we see most often fall under pool renovation & outdoor living.

Demolition and haul-off are quoted inside the job, not discovered at the end of it. If existing work has to come out before outdoor living and masonry construction goes in, that cost and that mess are ours to manage — the site leaves cleaner than we found it.

Weather windows govern outdoor construction in Texas: pours need temperature ranges, mortar needs cure time, stain needs dry days. We sequence outdoor living and masonry work with the forecast instead of against it, which is why our finishes behave.

Utility easements, setbacks, and drainage rules vary town to town across our radius, and they decide what can be built where before design even starts. We check the local rules for outdoor living and masonry projects up front, because moving a finished structure is nobody's idea of fun.
