Pool Installations in Anna

Anna is home base — the shop sits right here off the US-75 corridor, which makes it the one city in North Texas where our crews are never more than a few minutes from the job. The town has grown from a rail stop into one of Collin County's fastest-growing cities, and most of its neighborhoods are new enough that backyards still end where the builder's slab stopped.

We're based 0 or so miles away in Anna, close enough that Collin County jobs like these get real scheduling priority. A pool build is really a backyard build with water in the middle: coping, decking, seating, shade, and drainage all have to be designed with the shell, not appended to it. We design the whole space first, then dig.

North Texas sits on expansive blackland clay, and that soil is the quiet enemy of every pool installations project built without respect for it. It swells with fall rain, shrinks through August, and moves anything sitting on a lazy base. We compact, reinforce, and drain accordingly — because redoing work is more expensive than doing it right.

One crew carries our pool installations jobs from layout to cleanup. No handoff between a sales office, a subcontractor, and whoever answers the phone — the people who quoted the work are answerable for the finished product, which is exactly how accountability should run.

The measure of pool installations work isn't how it photographs on completion day — nearly anything looks good for a week. It's how the joints, the grade, and the finish are holding at year ten, and that's the standard the work is built against.

Stone in this region comes from real quarries with real personalities — Oklahoma flag, Texas limestone, Milsap, lueders — and knowing which material suits which application is half of specifying pool installations work. We buy from yards we know and reject pallets that don't meet grade.
